Phase 1 has started

Today the entrepreneuer has begun phase 1. That is to get rid of all old walls and ceilings inside and to dig outside the house in order to drain the ground sufficiently.

Building permission

Today we got the permission to build. It only took 11 weeks ;-)

Bureaucracy 2

The second phase regarding building permission, bygglov, has passed. We have been around to all the affected neighbours and have their approval of the changes. Next phase is to get the final approval from the stadsbyggnadskontoret ;-)

Hard to choose

Currently we are choosing a lot of things. Tap for the bathroom sinks, shower, kitchen furniture, etc. Every choice takes quite some time. Slowly we are able to check things off though.

Almost beginning

Hopefully the first steps by our entrepreneur, tearing out all old stuff, will be taken this week. The work will initially be done based on time and material.
